When searching the archive as an Org Admin account, not all results are being returned

The permissions of the user are written to the archive configuration the first time they access the Archive tab based on their role in the Proofpoint Essentials interface.

If the user was to first login to the archive as an End User and then later change their user type to Org Admin it would not be reflected in the archive search results. i.e. Only the emails associated with that End User will be returned and not all Users of that Organisation.

The permissions set in the archive configuration will need to be changed manually by Proofpoint support. Alternatively a new Org Admin user can be created within the Proofpoint Essentials interface which can then be used to search the Archive.
