What is the process to re-parent an organisation if the re-seller or approved partner account changes?

In order to move an organisation under a different re-seller or approved partner account we will need written confirmation from a contact at that organisation.

Please have the organisation admin send an email to support@proofpointessentials.com requesting that their account be re-parented under new re-seller / approved partner ‘X’.

A member of the support team can then action the request and re-parent the organisation as appropriate.
