Disable Welcome Emails

Proofpoint Essentials now allows an Admin User to have the ability to disable the automatic delivery of a welcome email; normally sent when a user (partner admin, organization admin, end-user) is provisioned onto the platform


To disable this setting:

1. Login to your support account

2. Click on the notification tab

3. Toggle the switch to turn off send welcome email (green is on)

4. Save


Note: This will turn off welcome emails being received for the entire organisation
