Certificate Error for Users accessing Proofpoint Essentials user interface when running Windows XP and Internet Explorer.

Users who are running Windows XP and using Internet Explorer to access the Proofpoint Essentials user interface may get a certificate error. This is due to known incompatibilities between Windows XP/Internet Explorer and Proofpoint’s web server configuration. Solution:
Users can ignore the certificate error and proceed to access the user interface. Alternatively they can use another browser.
