Remember to enter/edit Page Settings (Summary text, Stage classification, tags) and Page Restrictions as required.

Google may route "internal" mail externally causing an issue with Proofpoint Essential's spoof protection. There are two options to prevent this: disable spoof protection or add Google Apps to the sending server list.

How to disable spoof protection

  1. Click on Company Settings
  2. Click on Spam
  3. Uncheck Quarantine inbound email sent by active domains associated with this organization
  4. Check Update spam detection settings above for all existing user accounts
  5. Click Save

Add Google Apps to Sending Server List

Enabling Outbound Relaying

  1. Click on Company Settings
  2. Click on Features
  3. Check Enable Outbound relaying
  4. Click on Save

Adding Google App's hosted services

  1. Click on Company Settings
  2. Click on Domains
  3. Click on Managed Hosted Services
  4. Slide Google Apps to green
  5. Click on Save

DO NOT REMOVE THE "Tags recommended... line (visible only on first creating the article).
