Web Form Messages Not Received
We have frequent issues with web form messages not coming into the Proofpoint Essentials service.
One of the key statements is: "This works to any other recipient, just not my domain name."
We ask that you check these items:
- Your domain name is not listed on your local DNS file that is generating the emails. (The server will not look at an external MX if the domain is local.)
- The IP address you are using is not on any of our blacklists. (Check here and here)
- Check the sending domain has proper DNS configured. (Please see DNS Sanity check.)
- Please check your outbound logs to see if you make a connection to our MX records, or for any other connection issues.
